He very clearly said that the CAP does 90+% of the domestic airborne search and rescue.  It says nothing about "the work" that you mention.   Lets not drag Bill into this fight!  After all, its not really much of a debate: The Navy is clearly best, and does "the work"!

In times of crisis, the President will ask his Joint Chiefs, "Where is the nearest carrier?"  not, as Andrew thinks, "Where is the nearest mob of couch sitting, plane polishing pretty boys"
