A belated happy new year to everyone. After a major pause, I went back to the spit and finished the wing design.
There's still a bit to optimize the u/c mounting, but this will happen earliest after u/c prototype construction. The spit has a significant toe-out (?) plus 6° dihedral, these angles have all to be considered for the heavy air-ply mounting plate.
The wing joiner is therefore set to the front, quite unusual.

Id be interested in doing a 1/4 spitfire proof build. I can even 3D print the cowling, Canopy, radiator scoops,etc for composite plugs.
