Hello All,

I have shipped out about 90% of the ordered and paid for books, unfortunately not all who paid had addresses attached to their pay pal payment. I have tried to contact as many as I can but am having a real hard time finding everyone, so PLEASE check to make sure I have your address. Lastly, not all who said they wanted a copy have actually placed an order, so please place the order and send payment, cause when they are gone, they are gone

I agree with Josh. Can you post a list of who you have addresses from? I sent money several weeks ago, but never received any kinds of confirmation or communication.
