Depending on my job schedule and schooling, my plans are as follows.
1. Complete the TF Sea Fury. I've got the glassing all done, the primer is on the fuse, although I have a few areas to touch up. I am getting all of the pieces attached, like retract valves, fuel fillers, remote glow plug connections, etc. All servos placed and the control rods built up. Next I will put in the cockpit kit and have a friend of mine paint it. The wing is also complete with the retracts installed and gear doors made. I need to prime/sand/prime/sand, etc to get it complete and then it too is ready for paint. I am hoping for a springtime maiden.
2. Start building a self-designed Pilatus PC21. I have the plans all drawn and parts plopped down on laser sheets awaiting cutting. I designed it to be a speed type plane, 1/7th scale gives a 51 in wing span. Power is planned for a TH .75, retracts, and I am planning on just using mono/ultra kote on this; however, it is failrly accurate to scale, based on the drawings that I have.
If I get those done, I will be amazed. I recently had the opportunity to fly an ARF CUB; what fun that was. A co-worker is trying to get me to do a dual build with him at work of a sig 1/5th scale Cub. We will see.
