Hey Guys,
Primary project is a SiSt FW-190 D9 that will use an OS 320 FF that has been converted to CDI Glow and had a slight carb update by Ray English. Early testing shows 22x10 @ 6,400rpm with less than an hour on it.
The plan is to do "Blue 12" which has lots of interesting elements in the scheme. Bare aluminum on the bottom of the wing, field applied reddish primer, repaired paint sections on the bottom of the wing so the scheme is mismatched and some paint chipping are all elements that make for one very cool messed up scheme.... lol. The plastic model guys argued for years weather it was blue or black "12" but they seem to have settled on "Blue 12" and that's what I'm planning.
Other projects will be updates and tuning of several models.
- I am getting ready to maiden an ESM LA-7 with a XYZ53cc. I'm doing the first engine runs and testing now. Weather is bad for maidens here and I'm hoping for a good day or two to get the LA-7 flown. If all goes well I'd like to convert it to the Saito FG-60r3 but I want the plane to be solid before I go down that path.
- I have a Laser 120 on it's way to me for my VQ Hurricane 60 to convert it from a DLE 20 to Glow 4 stoke. Tired of listening to a weed wacker and the Laser has as short a jug as any engine I can find other than going to a RCV style engine.
That will be a full winter.....
After the SiSt D9...
Sailplanes always seem relaxing to work on after the power stuff.
- I'd like to build my APModels 3,8m Ronsperber LINKY - and update my 3.4m Minimoa from electric to tow release. LINKY That will be a full building season. I;ll do as much as I can.

I will still be working on the Vengeance under the Bates forum.
I have a Cessna L-19 that I started under the other kits forum and have a Piper Comanche that needs a little TLC.
In talking with Steve_O I ordered the Stafford Models Mooney Ovation that should start in Jan or Feb. The civilian planes have been a nice change and relaxing to build

Old thread. For this winter 4 planes are in work.
Two EF-1 Estrilleta race lanes, yes they are scale outlines.
One Dirty Birdy old school pattern plane glass and Foam not the Barf.
More like a Ballistic Pattern plane.
An 80" DH-103 Sea Hornet with thread here on RCSB. Two Saito 1.00 way over powered if it turns out not to do scale I can fly it in Pattern as well!
