Guys,
Hate to say this, but regardless if it’s a part of the tail (elevator/stab) or wing, there should be provisions for hinges for either elevator or aileron. I see none. Maybe I’m missing something? Also, the appearance of heavy rivets suggest Grumman’s Iron works.....

Gary, they've been ripped off. You can see what looks like the pushrod sleeve or a hinge in photo number 3 on the far left side, and beyond that is air. Apart from the marking being further inboard it otherwise appears to be an exact match with the drone.
