 A few more bits to help encourage some guess's.

 1 - Crew of 8
 2 - 4 engines
 3 - development / design started early 1951
 4 - shoulder wing
 5 - could carry up to 53,000 lbs of bombs internally
 6 - never saw combat
 7 - never had been exported

slow day for guessing so heres a few more hints to think about.
 
  1 - Crew of 8
 2 - 4 engines
 3 - development / design started early 1951
 4 - shoulder wing
 5 - could carry up to 53,000 lbs of bombs internally
 6 - never saw combat
 7 - never had been exported
 8 - last aircraft of this deign was withdrawn from service in 1994
 9 - had a wingspan of 165' 7.5" or 8"  (SORRY FOR THIS CORRECTION)
 10-broke numerous world records for payload to height

Sparky, and to all who may have been searching.  I apologize for the incorrect wingspan dimension. The dimension I originally posted was for the LENGTH. I have corrected the post. Hope this helps.
