 1 - single engine radial
 2 - cantilever low wing monoplane
 3 - single seat
 4 - design/development began in earnest in 1940,but a lot of elements were adopted from earlier work begun in 1937
 5 - specifications priority was Speed and Rate of climb

some more tidbits .

  1 - single engine radial
 2 - cantilever low wing monoplane
 3 - single seat
 4 - design/development began in earnest in 1940,but a lot of elements were adopted from earlier work begun in 1937
 5 - specifications priority was Speed and Rate of climb
 6 - in the early part of the war was used in Indochina, Sumatra, China, Burma, The Philippines, & Korea.
 7 - considered the fastest climbing fighter at the time
 8 - 1223 were built

well , not much activity on this thread.  and its been almost 24 hrs, so here's some more to think about. 

 1 - single engine radial
 2 - cantilever low wing monoplane

 6 - in the early part of the war was used in Indochina, Sumatra, China, Burma, The Philippines, & Korea.
 7 - considered the fastest climbing fighter at the time
 8 - 1223 were built
 9 - late war was used for home defense
 10 - was used by both sides in the Chinese revolution, some as late as 1950

 13 - first flew in 1940
 14 - was manufactured by a company that exists today making cars & aircraft
