I knew it was a Japanese product. The Wiki numbers built aren't the same as you listed, There were several that fit but the operated by both sides in China civil war was the tipper for me.

AnyLurkers jump inI'll post something in this evening.

Well we turn page 200! Thats very Cool. Thank you for playing along.
I have a plane in mind.....

1. Unusual design, Unmistakable, never copied by any other country.

2. Single engine

3. Not many built, <100. I suspect more models have been built of this plane then the total number of the 1:1

4. One pilot, Crew total of 3

You are the winner!
I would guess I gave it away on the first clue.
Too bad none survived there were skeches of follow on asymetric airplanes but I don't think anything came along until after this plane until Burt Rutan tried a few one off designs.
Boomerang

They stole that name from the Australian aircraft from WW2

 Which reminds me-
What do you call a Boomerang that doesn't come back?

Holy Sh*t I won some thing .

Well ... Miracles never cease.

OK Good luck getting this one.

1. Naval aircraft of 1917 vintage.
2. Made the longest non stop aborted flight of WWI.
3. Left on it's mission from the town where I live.
