The Letord Let.5 was probably the most numerous of a family of 3-seat reconnaissance bombers, designed and built in France from 1916, originally to an A3 (reconnaissance aircraft 3-seat) specification from the STAé (Service Technique d'Aéronautique).

I think it essentially was a taildragger, but some (possibly many ?) had the nose wheel added to prevent nose overs when on rough field conditions.

 I don't have anything ready to post so if anyone wants to try their hand at stumping us with another , please go ahead and post. If no takers I'll put one up later this evening.

SO, no takers?  Guess the Aero plane which was,

 1 - single engine
 2 - 2 seat biplane
 3 - slightly swept wings
 4 - ailerons on both wings
 5 - 9cyl radial  air cooled engine 
 6 - fabric covered wings
 7 - designed to be capable of using wheeled or float undercarriage
