A few more clues maybe will elicit some guesses.

 
1 - equal span 3 bay biplane
 2 - design work began 1914
 3 - tractor configuration
 4 - V-8 powered
 5 - crew of 2
 6 - 4 blade propeller
 7 - lower wing was of equal chord,upper wing increased in chord from the center section to the wingtip
 8 - first flew 1915
 9 - fitted with a radio transmitter & receiver powered by a wind driven generator

13 - anti submarine patrol work was it's principle role
14 - twin ustepped main floats
15 - folding wings could be swung out from the cocpit using a hand winch
16 - a MAJOR first was accomplished by this plane
