Scary looking aircraft!
I have a copy of the book " AIRCRAFT OF THE 1914-1918 WAR"  by O.G. Thetford.  Descriptions, photos and many three view drawings.

Usually a good reference source, but the Only Breguet in there is the type 14.

This was pre-WWI, but still "on the books" with the military.
