I tried to examine the wreckage for clues, but only noticed the spokes radiating directly from the hubs.  And there any other clues there that would have shown this to be a MS-L?  

I like the idea of photo clues, BTW.

There is not a lot left that is identifiable. The clue in the photo was the name on the cross. Mostly visible are bits of undercarriage.
