John, glad to hear you are cutting kits for people. We can always use good laser cutters for our one offs. I hope wood prices drop or make a start to anyway. I have a few that I want to add but not ready to pull the trigger yet. Are you cutting everything and anything or just from a list of plans you have?

I will cut for personal plans or designs and any designer. Any design needs to be nested on a 12 x 36 ply or a 6 x 36 for balsa parts. First run takes a little longer as I want every part tabbed to sheet and it letter designation. Once it is ran once it is much faster for next one. I also will be offering in future g-10 parts. I have a large cnc so size is no problem if it doesnt fit on laser table. John

Very cool John!  Cutting G-10 parts will definitely fill a niche.  I find it very useful being able to cut my own.  Make sure you have good filtration.  That dust is nasty stuff.
