Nothing is being left as it was without thorough review. Most of my and Sam's efforts are to integrate as much off the shelf and simplify assembly with fiberglass, vacuum form, and resin parts instead of a builder having to make something from scratch...the number one reason people are afraid to plan build.
Back in the day, plan building was full of a lot of forgiveness bumps in the road. Because every former is being digitized old school inconsistant notches and over/under formers are eliminated.
