I've trying to get in touch with Sierra for the last 4 weeks via email and phone without success. 
With the resent closure of many RC sources of equipment like Robart, Century Jet, SR batteries, Sig, etc. I'm worried about Sierra Giant.

Anybody else have similar experience?

That's pretty normal... Darrell does this on the side not during regular business hours (he does other machining work then) You might try first thing in the morning Central time. All I can tell you is keep trying.

My experience has been that almost every time he has answered. Discussions with him is that business is good. You might even say too good in that one offs are not going to happen. But that might have been the case years ago too. Keep trying.

I always stay up late here in Oz and call him 0700 his time, I can pretty much always get him then.

  Sig is NOT closed. They have resumed kit production and added more lines to the website. I just ordered from Herb a couple weeks ago and bought a Seagull PT-19  last week.. Got it in three days.

I got a set of gear from Darrell about 6 months ago.  Answwered the phone each time I called, quoted 3 weeks and it took exactly 3 weeks...  keep trying.
