Will be there to watch the flights and get a burger. Come on out. Free parking. Burgers a donation ($5) and that's burger, with or without cheese, all the trimmings, chips, drink. Such a deal! Bring a folding chair. Flying usually starts about 9am.
On the East Side of Fort Worth on Randoll Mill Road off Loop 820.
Same event we've had for quite a while. Usually good pilot turnout as well as visitors.

Pretty good turnout. I didn't get the number of pilots but had to be 25 showed up. Lots of spectators. And of course, burgers and dogs. Had two burgers and one dog. Plenty of food left after me as well. As one of my work supervisors said when we went out for lunch on Fridays, "Lane, just tell your detractors that, A big machine requires LOTS of fuel!"
I stayed till after lunch. They were beginning the second round of flying with one round left for Sunday morning.
Except for the 90 degree crosswind most of the day, a very good day to be outside.
Forgot to bring my camera.
