Seasons Greetings fellow scale modelers. I hope 2024 has been a good year for you. While economically, it has not been the best year for most of us, I have to say that the hobby made it a much better one by allowing me to meet some of you folks and make some new friends, and most importantly, getting to spend more time with my existing friends. You are too many to name here, but you all mean a lot to this old guy and I thank you all for your friendship.
This time of year also makes me reflect on the last year, look at things I have accomplished, and think about things I want to accomplish next year. I fell short on shop time and mentoring in the hobby this last year due to work, but I hope to change that next year. What are your hobby-related goals for 2025?
As we prepare to spend time with family and/or friends this holiday season, I would ask each of you to please be extra aware and safe in your travels and aware of others as well. Also, please, no matter what, do not drink and drive. Regardless of how or what you celebrate this time of year, and regardless of where you are in the world, enjoy the time with your loved ones and friends.
Peace on earth, and goodwill to all men. From here in the southern USA, I wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
