I told you all what my winter project is going to be back on page one. Here is a sneak preview before I start my own full build thread in two or three weeks (sorry guys, couldn't resist).

I hope to either start a Don Smith HS 129B or the Don Smith Lavochkin LA7.  It all depends if I can find/assemble all the parts and pieces. See threads under Don Smith.

Doing mostly research right now but have already received a wonderful welcome and many answers through this website.

If all goes well I will be doing a build thread!

I posted earlier in this thread that I wold be building a Top Flite P-47, but being impatient, I have now started a 1/5 DH Chipmunk from British Radio Modeller plans (RM276, June 1984) while I am waiting for the kit to arrive. I hope to build both, though not in one winter!

After months of study and research, I think I have decided on my next "scratch" project.

I'm not sure I want to know how it's powered.
