Hi Everyone-
I am relatively new to the RCSB forum but have been involved with RC for about 30 years. I have always been a scale enthusiast. I've dabbled in all types of RC aircraft but scale is where my heart lies. Most of my projects have been of the "sport scale" variety- pretty scale outline but without all of the intricate details. I have a goal to begin competing in scale competition and have a Dave Platt Zero on the building board presently with which I hope to get my feet wet. I am continually inspired by the skills and knowledge posted here on the forum! I'm glad to have found such a great community of talented souls such as you guys.
Cheers,
Scott

Welcome aboard Scott. As I am sure you are aware this hobby can be very challenging and I suspect you will enjoy challenging yourself. How about starting a build thread on your Zero? If you should happen to need help plenty will be available, plus you may have a trick or two to teach us. We all have something to offer.
Hey Scot! Welcome to RCSB and thanks for taking the step to site supporter - you will not regret it.
I echo what Ron said - the best way to get help over the tough spots is with your own build thread.

Thanks Ron and Jeff. Glad to be here. To me, the best part of the hobby is meeting people with similar intersts and sharing ideas. Like Ron said, we all have different ways to approach problems and we can all learn from one another. I would never have gotten started in this hobby if I didn't have some really great people who were patient enough to take the time to show me how to build. I started the Zero thread in the Dave Platt section and hope to add to it soon.
Cheers,
Scott
