Hi all. My name is Jim and I have just come back to the hobby after an absence of 6 years. I have a couple of years rc flying experience but after the break it feels like starting all over again.

I am building a Super Cub at the moment from a very small plan which I have blown up (not to scale I must say).

I intend to use my experience building this cub to start a scale project in the coming winter months so it will be ready for next summer (if you can call it summer in this part of the world). I am in two minds whether to build a scale Twin otter or Dakota DC3. Not sure yet.

I must say the site is full of friendly advice and bucket loads of experienced builders which is useful for us who are just starting out.

Regards

Jim

Hello there in "Greenich".

I'm glad you found us. I recoomend two things. Become a site supporter-its less than the value of the first free down load. And then, start a thread so we can watch your cub go together. Along with that you will have all the help, advice, and encouragement you can stand. If needed.

Again, I'm glad you found us and welcome to RCSB.
