Well, no one can say I didn't try ... my cold turkey did last some time. Then came this RCSB junkie called Petr who pulled me back in the habit!
It's hopeless.

RCSB
Proof that not ALL addictions are bad for you!
...now if I can eventually replace all my "bad" ones...with MORE RCSB!!!
Only downside will be eventually dying from "white" (balsa dust) lung disease.

I'm new to the scale scene, the last several years I've mostly been flying IMAC and park flyers.
Who
needs a magazine subscription? I'm just going through build threads
one at a time, learning tons every day. Most other sites are all about
product reviews, and BS'ing.
Lots to learn here.
Thanks for sharing your work guys!

I really enjoy reading the threads and getting as much info as I can. I like all the threads but, especially the complex muti-engine builds. Anything to do with airplanes and building scale models of them I love though.
I worked on military aircraft and flew as a crew member for over 30 years.
I am retired and check the site several times a day.
Thanks, RCSB for a great site.--Walt Chapman

I love this site, there is such a wide variety of interests and a great deal of knowledge to be gained from other builders, no matter how old you are, I'm 64 and I learn every day. I have one question, there seems to me at least to be an increasing number of ARF aircraft shown in the construction threads. I've seen over the years how the ARFS have virtually taken over the general model aviation flying and I'm wondering if this might be the coming wave in the Scale Modeling end of RC Flying? Some of these kits are without a doubt, detailed beyond belief, I'm just curious if this might be the new future of Scale Modeling.
I would like to know others thoughts about what I mentioned.
Have Fun Everyone.
John
