Well, the only picture that I have of me and one of my planes is from my very first kit back in 1987. The first flight lasted all of about 5 seconds because back then I was "going it alone" and didn't know about CG and also had the ailerons reversed.

Here is a more recent photo of me and a couple of my other passions.  My wife and my Harley

You know guys... I want to say something on a serious note.

I appreciate the contributions (content, etc.) to the site each and every one of you make. The reason I started this site was to help foster scale building back to the level it once was by bringing the scale community together. And guess what... It's working because of you guys!

It's nice to have a good natured bunch of guys here that don't "spread it on" like on the "other" site. I wanted to thank Steve for the great idea of starting this thread. As far as I am concerned you all are my extended group of "flying buds".

And by the way, just to set the record straight... I'm 5'11... And I'm on the tips of my toes in this pic...You do the math!!!!

Here is a picture of me at Bomber Field, last year. I'm the one in the cowboy hat.

This is great guys!! Keep the pictures coming, with your planes is good, but not required.

If you are reading this and still haven't "Come Out", don't be shy, you're among friends here, you won't be ridiculed; much.

It is possible that some of the more shy members will be dropped in it by friends posting their picture, so if you want to be in control of the picture everyone sees, you better post a picture yourself!!!!

Steve

Well, I'm a little disappionted. So far, this is a remarkably young and respectable looking group. Other than myself, where are all the old, disreputable looking dudes?

You asked for it.
