What drives you to purchase from a specific vendor?

I voted for reputation.  I actually would like to have voted for all of the above .

reputation is a big one to me, and I also like the customer support as well.

Tend to agree with Todd - but if they don't have what I want the service and reputation don't do me any good!

I look for a good product at a fair price every thing else beng the same.  I expect good customer service and usually get it as I only buy once from those that do not provide it.

Customer service means everything to me. Back up your product and be honest up front. Don't tell me what I want to hear-tell me what you can make happen.

In my way of thinking, customer service brings about ALL the rest of the attributes.

Customer Service is everything.  I'm all for low prices but remember the saying, 'You get what you pay for'.

I agree that customer service is very important, but you don't get a good reputation without good customer service.

Most of the time i use this site to get an idea of the reputation, quality of goods ect.

The ideal vendor would have great quality of goods very good and freindly service and take your payments only when the order is ready to ship he shuold also be a supporter of this site

By the way Mike is there an available list of vendors that support this site (i may of missed it)

Marc
