Thank you for the kind words Marc, glad you like the kit and I’m looking forward to seeing you get started. Let me know if I can help with anything.

Barry.
After seeing the kit box and plan for the 1/3rd scale Platz you have me even more excited. Its going to be very hard to wait for the 1/4 scale version. Will get stuck into the Antonov build to keep me occupied.

Hello Graeme,
I have begun sourcing materials for the 1/4 scale, Joey is reworking the wood parts and the metal bits are ready. I’ll keep everyone in the loop on the 1/4 scale.

All, I got the chance the other day to head over to Barry's house and check out this kit firsthand. All I can say is Wow. He has one all framed up and man does it look good. I took some pictures of the fuselage he had up on the build table. I got to check out the kit in the box as well. There is a ton of laser cut wood in there as well as all the metal (steel) fittings that are load carrying. All the decorative aluminum parts like the radiator, hatch covers, and metal sheeting around the engine are all cut for you. Everything looks great. Also there is a spun aluminum spinner with a machined backplate also from aluminum in there. Looks just like the Pfalz spinner should. In the pictures you can see the level of detail that is built right into the kit. Just check out that rudder! I hope to see this out on the Dawn Patrol circuit this year and years to come. Anyway, I hadn't seen much activity on this thread so I thought I'd show you guys what some small kit makers are doing. It's nice to see something different than the DVII's, DR1's, N28's, and Pups. Looks like they have plans for some new offerings in the future. I won't say what though as Barry can do that when the time is right. Enjoy!

Our website person went in for an unplanned c-section and to be honest we just haven't revisited it with her. I will get Joey to get it back rolling and see that we get it done.
Thank you, feel free to let me know if I can answer any questions.

Any idea of the price for the 1/4 scale kit?
Gotta start saving.
