Thought I would post my winter builds

DO335 (Masters plans)
Wings, stabs covered with brown paper
Canopy opens and closes with servo
Wing span 91"
Weight as in PIC 13#, should be around 20# RTF (that should be very lite for a model this big)
(2) 1,100 watt motors, (2) 6S1P-5000mah batteries (one per motor), MA 3-plade 16x10 props normal and reverse
2 piece wing and fuselage splits(center) apart for easy transport
Camo green, brown and maroon: primer Kilz and flat interior house paint

Bravo (Sig Plans)
Wings, stabs covered with brown paper
Wing span 86"
Weight as in PIC 15# should be around 24# RTF (should be a good flyer at that weight)
2,400 watt motor, (2) 6S1P-5000mah batteries configured 12S1P-5000mah, APC 18x10E
2 piece wing and fuselage splits(center) apart for easy transport
Camo white, gray, black and orange (different): primer Kilz and flat interior house paint

Stay safe
Tony

Looks great!

Any pictures or description on the method used to build it.

I am interested in seeing new build techniques.

Let us know how they progress.

Michael

My Connie is built from foam using the same methods as the above planes. This is the build thread for the Connie.
https://www.rcscalebuilder.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=278 76&PN=1&TPN=1

Also good reference book is from ParkFlyerPlastics.com "building with foam".
https://parkflyerplastics.com/cart/index.php?main_page=produ ct_info&cPath=29&products_id=644

PIC is my last year foam build of 76" ME262 14# (can see it in Connie thread). In the process of repairing the airframe, 1st EDF build using 1965 plans from Germany. My EDF design was very poor, crashed the model on 2nd flight. After crash did a lot of design research (mainly looked at large Freewing ARF EDF planes and found my mistakes. I had to replace the 50mm canon with 400mm cannon to give the ESCs more cooling air. The plane now fly's great. No PICs because plane is bad looking but hoping it will be PIC worthy this summer.

Bravo is almost done
Very different paint scheme but I like it should be easy to see.
Comes apart for easy transport
Now on to the DO335
