I agree with The Witzer. The way the plane is set up on the plans makes the tail very heavy and set up at the field a pain. I plan to keep the booms connected and disconnect the outer wings for transport. I ordered the fiberglass parts from Fiberglass Specialties about a year ago. Nice and will save a lot of weight and a whole lot of work. Currently plan to use a couple of 48 gold head K&B's. May convert to electric but everything I currently have is old glow, slow to change. There is plenty of room for a bigger setup in the fiberglass cowls. I got the kit partially built and have done a lot of rework to lighten it up. A lot more to go. Will be watching your build.
