Well sometimes you have to start small but get started we did. My son picked out and built this Star Wars AT Walker from a laser cut kit. Took him just over an hour to complete the 48 steps. He experienced frustration, excitement, and acccomplishment so he is just like the rest of us...ha ha. I picked up some electric kits in Toledo so look for a dad and son build thread soon as I start him in the hobby. He got done and asked where the first plane was so we could get started. I think he is hooked! His name is Warren and he is 7 years old.

Great way to get started!  The challenge will be to keep him away from video games.
