Quote: Tempest Looking forward to seeing some pictures from the show floor. Let's go guys... throw us a bone or two. ;-)

Sorry Paul, too busy gawking to take pictures yesterday. Will do so today.
I'll write a little mini-report. The show is impressive in many ways. It is completely organized and run by the local Weak Signals R/C flying club. I thought the AMA might be involved. They display here, but they don't help run it. Most of the major vendors are here. Futaba, JR, Dubro, Robart all have large booths with nice displays. I'll get some pictures today. Also a lot of smaller vendors, some with interesting stuff on display and/or for sale. A lot of good camaraderie of course, and a few 'luminaries' around like Keith Shaw et al.
Our own Jeff Fiscus has been holding court at the He 219, there has been much ooohing, ahhhing, bowing, crying :-) Many vows to switch to Barbie Doll collecting or something else... :-)
As impressive as I've found the show, this is my first time. The old hands we talked to who have been coming every year for decades say it is much smaller than it was even 10 years ago. It's still pretty big if you ask me, and I'm glad it is still going to this extent. But, it may be like the glaciers... better go see them before they're gone!
