No there isn't. That's the one thing different from most other spinners. It has what I would call a front plate. The bottom inch or so is the front plate that bolts to the prop shaft above the prop. The rest of the spinner cone then bolts to the plate via 4 socket head bolts. You can see a couple of the holes for the bolts in the pics.
I don't see any issue with this other than some considerations during construction and set up to get the spacing right. But the prop itself butts against the drive washer which I think is better than a spinner back plate.
