Hello all. I am new to the site and new to scale building. I was given as a present, the full laser cut kit from Sarik Hobbies for Christmas. As a complete novice to this world, I am struggling somewhat with the plans and articles that were supplied with the kit. I have spent the last three or four days studying the plans, reading the magazine article and looking at the pictures previously submitted on this subject.

If anybody out there has anymore build photographs that they could either post or send me< I would be very grateful.

It is interesting that this kit is advertised as being for the novice builder, but I assume that that was said by someone who actually knew something about it !!

Sounds like a nice subjec to build
Have a good look around the forums before you start, maybe start on a simple part like the fin usually with a laser cut kit you can piece them together befor you add any glue so you can get the feel of how it makes up
Do a build thread on here and you will get help I'm sure

Hello Yoram. I had seen the previous threads on this subject, it was just to see if anyone had anymore photo's etc that I could use for reference. Whilst the plans etc might seem pretty straight forwards to someone with some knowledge on this type of model making. To someone like me, the more info that I can get the better.

Don't be scared, I am sure your plans show the assembled part. Jump in with both feet any mistakes can always be corrected. Become a site supporter, best 20.00 you will ever spend that way you can post pictures if you get stuck. That would be the best way for us to help you if we can see what your confused with. Good Luck and have fun with your build....
