Hello Scale Builders,
My name is Jurgen. I started some four years ago with piloting helicopters, just recently I switched to planes. My first plane I built was a small size foamie, next was a balsa and ply kit.
From this moment, I became really hooked to building and flying planes. Last year, I joined a model flying club which gave a boost to the hobby. Currently, I am building a trainer plane (Carl Goldberg design based Tiger 2), and a scale seaplane, a Dornier Do J Wal (based on the free plan designed by Bart83).
In future, I'd love to build the David Andersen FW TA-152H, though in 1:10 scale, and in the same scale the Brian Taylor Bf190E. Yes, I like scale war birds, especially the German ones as you might have guessed already.
Regards, Jurgen

Jurgen,
Welcome aboard! You'll find lots of great information on aircraft and building techniques to help one day achieve your building goals. I started on a Tiger 2 many years ago, great flying plane.

Hi Jurgen! Welcome to RCSB!Why not start a thread on the Wal (if you have not already)?
But you will need to become a site supporter in order to post pictures ( LINK).

Welcome Jurgen! We got the same taste about planes! Is the "Carl Goldberg design based Tiger 2" by any change the Ornithos Club Tiger 2? This is my Ornithos Club Tiger 2:
Have fun with your Dornier Wal, it`s a nice plane to build. Maybe some inspiration, a pic of my Dornier Do Wal:
I will certainly follow the build of your Dornier Do Wal and David Andersen FW TA-152H build thread ! The TA-154H is a very characteristic fighter!
Are you flying at Ornithos in Geldrop btw?
Cheers, Ramses
