Hello
Larry B.
I
am glad to hear that you and Brenda made it home without a problem and
that Brenda's back is on the mend. During the first practice try learning the Fiat flip I
hit myself in the mouth with the aileron but when it came time to do it for
real during flight rounds 4 and 5 I think I did pretty well.
As
for the tank; sir, set the armored vehicle down and step away. Scale
aircraft is where your friends are.

The
"Little Toot" will be a great subject for you competition build.
Looking forward to seeing it next year. Unfortunately I won't have a new
competition plane until 2016 at the earliest. I can tell you this. I am going
back to basics. No retracts and no flaps, Maybe a
functioning tail hook and a fuel tank drop but that's it.
As
many have already stated the Scale Masters organization did a great job putting
this event together and I can’t say enough good things about the Ohio River
View R/C Flyers club that hosted us. You would be hard pressed to find a friendlier
and harder working bunch then those folks and their flying site is second to
none.
