Hello to allforum members.Some years agoI started inthis wonderfulworld ofmodel airplanes.Istarted thishobbywith smallelectricmodel airplanesfoam.I remember myfirst model withinternal combustion enginea Bf109waskioshoand latermodels like theFocke-Wulfofthe same brand.They spentsomeyearslearning andenthusiasm for thehobbywasgrowing up,so I decided tobuymy firstmoreor less largemodel.This was theNakajima Ki-84ESMandstill gives megreat satisfactiontoday.I also acquiredthe Bf 109Hangar9,with whichI haveto say that'spretty funny.Myhobbyconceptchangedfrombuilding myfirst plane.It was theSpitfiremkIXofTopFlite.Finally,aftertwo years,I finally finishedtheTa 1521/5scale,plane ofDavidAndersen.The latterbuiltentirely by hand. Hi David, welcome to RCSB home to the better builder in numbers. Some build airplanes and others just build a plane, their not the same thing. It's obvious you have the skills to build a airplane and would likely attract a following should you decide to build one here.
