We had a good selection of Warbirds at the field yesterday. Light winds from N and S and nice temps. This is the IDEAL time of year to fly in Texas. Just before it get's hot enough to melt fiberglass on unsheltered planes.
A group of the usual scale guys here in the pic by Bill Glenn-Walker. Tar Heel Hal P-47D is Top Flite, Aeroworks P-51D, Top Flite Corsair, and CMP Zero. Pretty sure all 4 planes run DLE-55's.
Another pic by Bill GW. Chipmunk is DynaFlite with Turningy 80100 motor on 12S. Ziroli SNJ, not sure of engine. Mig-19? drone model.
