Hello,

I decided to jump back in the hobby after a long absence of 7 or 8 years.  I started R/C way back in 1975 with a MRC 775 radio setup and a Sig plane.  Don't remember the name.  I do remember it only lasted about 30 seconds as I, well, you know the story.......
I gave up airplanes for helicopters about 5 years before leaving the hobby. Ya I know "helicopter" is a "naughty" word here.  Anyway I'm back and starting with the helis again but have been wishing for another Zlin.  I built a Sig Zlin back in the day and always liked how it flew.  I found a 20% laser cut short kit from Laser Design Services and am making a list of the stuff I need to complete the airplane.  It may be a year before I start on it as I have some irons in the fire at the moment, but I intend to build it.

Regards everybody.

Ken

Welcome Ken.

Heck, helis aren't anethema around here. Most of these guys probably have 1 or more of them stashed away (quietly). And as long as they're scale, we want to see them getting built. There's a couple current scale heli builds going on in fact. Cool stuff.

Hey Ken, glad you found us  Heli's aren't a naughty word - not if you like collections of parts flying in formation .  . .

Anyway - welcome aboard, and looking forward to that Zlin!
