I'm relatively new to RC, having my first flight just under
two years ago.
I've been umm-ing and ahh-ing over which should be my
first scale build- the closest I've come to scale so far being
the 91" Ugly Stik I'm currently building!
Anyway, I've decided that the most interesting aircraft to
me is the Hughes H-1, and will be attempting to model it in
1/4 scale.
I won't be starting the build immediately but have joined
this forum as a good source of scale info and building tips
and hopefully some help when I eventually clear my
backlog of builds and start on the H-1.
Has anyone got any experience of the Pepino plan? It
seems to be the only one I can find out there. I'm
surprised that such a famous aeroplane hasn't been
modelled more extensively.
