Greetings all

I heard about the forum from a guy at the field the other day. I have flown RC for about 25 years (on and off) and have been going whole-hog for the last three seasons.

My main interest now is scale GA and commercial prop aircraft (fixed wing only).

My favorites that I have right now are Bonanza, Twin Otter, and 182. I would like to start adding some nice scale details to these planes.

I thought this would be a good site for help and information on the next "real" build that I would like to do; an ATR 42. I got a set of plans from France a year or so ago. This will be quite a project starting from just three big sheets of paper. Getting the plans into CAD and getting some laser cutting done would seem the first step.

Looking forward to doing some browsing to see what people are doing in the line of scale detail.
