Hi,

I just joined RCSB & have building model planes for the past 50 years.

Started with rubber kits, then controline(mainly aerobatics) & then on to RC.

I've built a lot of kits from way back(topflite, ambroid, sterling, goldberg etc.), then got into scratch

building, proceeded to get lazy & went ARF......

I've just started to scratch build again, with a TopFlite T-34 Mentor on one table,& a

Dave Platt ME-109 on the other. Feels good to smell acetate glue again & choke on balsa dust.

Even though I have learnrd a lot over the years, there is still more to learn.

Looking forward to exchanging new technics & ideas......

John

Hi John,  welcome back to the fold!

Be sure to do build threads on your birds, inspires others and makes it easy for you to ask questions and get help as well.
