Hi I have been involved with building and flying all sorts of model aircraft since I was about 13 but the last 38 odd years I have become involved in large models. I am one of the founding members of the Large model association and am a member of the Ghost Squadron model aircraft team. I no longer fly but spend time cutting parts, wiring and researching information for the teams projects which vary from gliders to large jets. It was this research which bought me to the RCSB as I am trying to find some production drawings for a Klemm L25 not the UK version. The idea is to build this to be as near as possible a 1/2 scale replica, the engine will be an in line twin of approx 400cc. When finished it is intended to use this as a tug to compliment our 1/2 tiger moth which regularly tows 1/2 scale gliders.

A half scale Klemm would be an outstanding project Al. If you decide to build it I surely hope you will consider a build thread here at RCSB. I would love to see it. For that matter, I would love to see some pics of the 1/2 scale Tiggie and gliders! Welcome to the site.
