My club usually holds it's 2 day flyin the weekend after Father's Day.

Last year, it held the event on Father's Day weekend. Saturday was a tremendous success. Sunday, (Father's Day), Pilot and crowd attendence was poor, at best.

Holiday weekends are generally family times for me, so no, I would not attend an event on a Holiday Weekend.
