I've been lurking for quite some time, picking my jaws from the floor from the amazing craftmanship of the guys here.
I'm mostly a Heli guy but i always wanted to build either a kit or a scratchbuilt airplane model.
I hope to make it true this year.
BTW do you have any resources that could help me out, as i am a totally beginner in building? (i've already read the tutorial here but looking to somethink "more in depth")
If you have not built a model before, I suggest starting with a kit or two. Top Flight models are pretty well engineered and generally go together without too much fuss and have good and well-illustrated instructions. I would also suggest a P-47 if you are into WWII airplanes. Build it stock except for adding the retracts and maybe flaps.
You have already taken a major step by joining RCSB. You should take the next step of becoming a site supporter LINK
As a site supporter you are entitled to unlimited posts and the ability to add pictures - so you can start a thread and get lots of help with your questions!
Looking forward to your build!
