I am Agnès, 40 years old, I love airplanes and aircraft construction.
So I built airplanes and my husband drive them, and break them too!

I don't speak and write English very well, but I hope to find advice on this site for the construction of my sptifire.
I just by a Brian Taylor kit Spitfire Mk1-A 69".

best regards

Hi Agnè

Welcome to RCSB, you will find a wealth of information here and many many people from around the world willing to help and offer advice.

If have a look HERE this is the best way to take advantage of this great site by signing up as a site supporter in my opinion its better than any magazine/book you can buy

And remember when you start you build be sure to start a build thread so everyone can help and look on as you go

thank you for your welcome! (and thank you Google traduction!)

until today I built airplanes in DEPRON (kind of polystyrene) including:
- A  stampe SV4

- A Corsair F4U-1A

Now I start the real wood construction, and it makes me a little scared, because it's more complex!

that's it! I signed up as a site supporter.
Is there a manual to build the spitfire Mk1 BT 69" more detailed than the original plan?
I have trouble finding certain information to begin construction

have a good day

Welcome to RCSB Agnes.

If you look in the Brian Taylor forum, you'll be able to find a couple of build threads on his Spitfires.

I'm sure one of those can help you get started.

Danny
