I'm just getting back into hobby after a long time away. Things have really changed in 25 years. Haven't been in this group long but from what I'm seeing we've found the right spot. I personally couldn't bring myself to build ARF's that everyone and their brother can buy and crash in one weekend. I have enjoyed building more than actual flying so I know I can learn a lot here. Good luck with finding something you're passionate about building and I'm sure you'll find lots of good advice and help here.
