,you mean Spätzle ,Spatzel is a sort of belittlement for a partner.
My first girlfriend used it at the time the internet got big,around 1997.And i still use it for forum accounts because it is unique enough to not get something like Sebastian12345 or Sebo15 or whatever.

isn't Spaetzle,.....his nick is Spatzel.

Spatzel are an pat name for example your wife,...it would pronounced Spat-zel.

Spaetzle are swabian handmade noodles just like my wife does…
