Scotty,
Why not look at the UK for your supplies rather than USA.
Transport cost are less and no import fees to pay.

Scott,
Double check the shipping I thought if you ship to APO/FPO mailing address it was duty free....
But I could be wrong.
If you want something don't be shy to ask. I'll bet there are guys who would put your package on the grey bird withoput too many issues.
Don't get hung up on multi engine airplanes only. There are lots of great kits in Europe that you can build and fly there by refining you building skills.

Oh I know how it works, I've been getting a ton of stuff shipped out here since January 2018 lol. APO/FPO is a USA shipping address, but there are size restrictions. Most stuff that is oversize won't ship direct and I have to use a forwarding service like I just did with a 20cc Corsair from Tower. $85 to forward it but at least I can still get it VAT and in $USD. I saved about $60 with the Tower Saver Club so it almost evened out... Normal size is up to 108" length+girth. If it is over 130" total length + girth then it won't ship APO/FPO period which is the case with the B24.
That said I can and do get stuff shipped to my Spanish address too.
Currently putting together a 80" P40 and the Corsair coming in is 70".
After that I'd really like to start on a big multi. Don't really have a desire to build a kit for anything small or even mid size, if I do a build its going to be something large that I want to do and do correctly.

Haha pic of what? I don't think I'd be allowed to post some of the pics I have from the beach here... My "man cave" with all my planes is a mess but I'll get some pics and some "PG" pics of the beach and the area around where I live now that its off season.
I have been in contact with VQ about their 110" Liberator and the issue is shipping it out to me as I think I mentioned before but I think I've found a way without it costing like $600 to ship a $1000 model. What I want to do is get the ARC B-24 and then bash the hell out of it. From what I hear its an extremely well built model and the ARC means I'm basically getting a 1/12 assembled "kit" that I can do whatever I want with. Would like to glass most of it, fabric cover the flight controls like the real ones, get the 3D print files for the Flightline version and scale them up for the cockpit etc... do panel lines and rivets and really go nuts. Here's hoping.

I have the -24 arc version. Gave it a cursory look over after getting it but has been back in the box since. It does look to be a good base for scaling out, however, I haven’t compared it to any specs for accuracy.

Kuhn, this is not a build thread, so no pictures needed really - but when Scott gets his kit I am sure he will start a build thread on it . . .

Yeah. I hope so. It makes things easier as I can't read .
