Hello,

my name is Rainer and I am living in a small village about 200 km east from Munich (Bavaria/Germany).

I am interested in model airplane building and of course model airplane flying. 5 years ago I started building and flying "easy" models. I am fascinated about scale model airplanes, especially planes from WW1 and WW2.

It was a pure chance that I have found this awesome web site. I will start my first great project next year. It will be probably a Vought Corsair F4U, wingspan over 100".

Rainer

Hi,

thanks to all for the welcome.
If I will start building, I will share my build thread with all of you.
At the moment I am looking for the best detailled plan (full scale). I ordered plans designed by Meister Scale and Don Smith for the Corsair, for the time being.
Well I will see.

Rainer
