Hello Ralf and welcome to the forum. I have a topic running called "Provost completion project" under Jerry Bates plans. Despite spending some time in Germany, I failed all attempts with your language !!
I'm a retired Aircraft Technician and enjoyed 2 excellent training courses from Lufthansa Engineering. The training notes were in German but all spoken in English. (I passed both courses) I also spent several weeks at the Airbus Finkenwerder delivery centre near Hamburg. We had accommodation in a very nice town - Buxdehude.
Actually, i do remember some German words from my training notes - eg Fuselage Longeron etc.
