Hi,
i started into this hobby again two years ago and after 20 years of abstinence. I began to fly some "beginner" foambirds. But i realised very soon that i need a bit more scalestuff . So first i started with a more "easy" negativ angled flying-wing to achive some more woodwork skills. And now iam sitting here right in the middle of a David Anderson Arado96b. Just yesterday i found this wonderfull forum and also the 96b threads. They are all a bit older but i hope i can get some help when needed. I hope one more Arado thread is ok so i will start one.

Hi Spatzel, welcome to RCSB!By all means, start a build thread - if the other Arado builders don't see it then other members will jump in with suggestions
Whatever happens, please be sure to check out the site supporter program HERE The benefits (besides being allowed more than 5 posts and the ability to post pictures) far outweigh the costs!

In spite of living for 8.5 years in your beautiful country, I will not try to speak your language. But go on to say Welcome! I look forward to your thread.

Hey Bruce,
iam located in Kassel, today maybe know for the "documenta" every five years (world biggest exhibition for modern art) but around 80 years ago better known for the home of Henschel (Steam-Locomotivs, Tiger Tanks) and Fieseler (Fieseler Storch, V1 Rockets). Not the best History but History. Luckily we have a Storch at our local Airport wich is still flying. I think this will be the next Projekt after the Arado. As a citizan of Kassel i have to own one, i think https://www.fieseler-storch-kassel.de/en/

Hallo Sebastian,
herzlich willkommen, Kassel die einzige Lokation Deutschlands wo der Waschbär angesiedelt wurde.
Eine Abteilung Schaum wirst du hier nicht finden, denke es ist gut so.
Gute Zeit,...Matz
Sebastian,
welcome here, Kassel the only one location in Germany where Raccoon's was settled.
You will not find the foam department here, think that's good so.
Nice time,....
