Hi everyone - I have been a long time lurker on this site.  So far, I have tried to read as much as I can and gain as much knowledge as possible.  What a great site.  You all seem to be freindly and helpful.  I have taken the CAD class course and learned a ton.  Still working on a set of plans for next season.

A little about me - I have been into RC since I was 8 (38 years now).  Started with a Wanderer 99 glider and moved up from there.  For the past 14 years, I have been flying IMAC.  I built a couple of Carden's and am still active, but looking for a new challenge.  My son flys with me.  I go to Joe Nall every year. I belong to three clubs in Northen Kentucky, Ohio, and Louisville.  As of last September, I became the CFO for the AMA.  It is strictly a volunteer position and has been a great experience so far.

Thanks for letting me hang out.  I hope to be able to contribute something useful in the future, but right now, I am just absorbing everything.

Hi Keith!

Thanks for speaking up and thanks for your support! Be sure and speak up and run your ideas by all here when you get ready to start a subject. I may be a "little" bias but I think this group of folks is like no other on the net. They have made RCSB a true testimate of what a TRUE on-line community is. :-)

Cheers!
Mike

Absolutly Mike!  This site is not like any of the others and a very positive experience for all.  If you are at Toledo and have time, please stop by the AMA booth and say Hi.  I plan on being there some and walking the floor most of Saturday.  I would love to put a face with a name.

That's awesome Keith, we will be there sharing a booth with U.S. Scale Masters Assoc. You should try and come to our RCSB Dinner Sat night at Spaghetti Warehouse.

Keith,

Welcome aboard! Plenty of scale details here to fill whatever size cup of Joe you have every morning.
If its R/C Scale at some point it will be drug through here screaming and yelling :) You live in/near the
richest scale modeler regions in the U.S.

let me add my welcome Keith, glad you decide to speak up.
I have been in RC 30+ years as well - but I started MUCH later than you did!
